If you have an emergency, please dial 911 and the appropriate responders will be dispatched to you.

Boones Mill Police Department

The Boones Mill Police Department is responsible for police functions as specified by the Code of Virginia. Due to the very high volume of motor vehicle traffic on U.S. 220, the Town Police devote a considerable amount of time to traffic safety. The Police Department also responds to criminal activity as needed. The Department is part of the Virginia Criminal Information Network and the National Criminal Information Center.

Boones Mill has mutual aid agreements with surrounding agencies which permit additional coverage and access to resources benefiting each other and the communities served.
